Week 2: Team Relay


Week 2: Team Relay
August 14th, 2012
Start time 6:00pm
Rules:
1)   Must have four team members on each team (We can set you up with a team if you come solo).
2)   Each team must have a unique team name.
3)   All members of the team need to be within arm’s reach away while running the course.
4)   You will run between 1k-4k, depending on what lap you drop out.
5)   First lap: all four teammates run together.
6)   Second lap: one member stops, leaving three teammates to complete 2nd lap together.
7)   Third lap: another member stops, leaving two teammates to complete 3rd lap together.
8)   Fourth lap: one teammate stops, leaving the last member to run the lap by himself or herself.
9)   Last runner will have the bib number attached to shirt.
10) Must eat at least one Popsicle after completing the relay.
11) You must have fun!

Course:
Located off Davis Street, near the Linfield College Track- look for signs.

The course is a 1,000 meter loop on soft grass around soccer and football practice fields.

1 runner will run 1k
1 runner will run 2k
1 runner will run 3k
1 runner will run 4k
